Multiple languages Support
ICTContact supports multiple languages and it is easier for the user to manage his/her translations. It is easier for the user to switch between multiple languages with a single click.
It currently supports 8 languages but you can also add other languages of your desire with little bit customization.
User specific timezone
While running telemarketing campaigns, admins have to make sure that the recipents always receives the call in their specific timezone to avoid any disturbance to the user.
ICTContact provides the complete solution for it and admin can have timezone based restrictions on outbound calls and campaigns. It prohibits calling the people before 8.00 am and after 9.00 pm of their local time.
Admin can impose the timezone based restrictions globally as well as locally and can restrict the users to run campaigns in appropriate time thus protecting you from any legal issue.
