A CRM tracks your customer relationships. ICTContact dials them, runs the campaigns, and writes the call outcomes back. Connect the two through CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and you’ve got a contact center that actually knows who it’s calling — and updates the CRM record the moment the call ends.

ICTContact is built on an open Asterisk-based platform supporting voice, SMS, fax, and email campaigns. The CRM connection uses ICTContact’s REST APIs — so contacts flow in from the CRM, campaigns dial them through ICTContact’s dialer engine, and every call outcome flows back to update the CRM record. You don’t need a dedicated integration team to set this up; most of these connections need API credentials and a module selection, nothing more.

ICTContact currently has native integration modules for 23 CRM platforms. Six of them have full dedicated guides. The remaining 17 are live in the product — individual guides are being added shortly.

All 23 CRM Integrations

  3. SuiteCRM — Open-source, self-hosted, DNC auto-filtering. Our pick for teams that want a fully on-prem stack.
  4. Vtiger CRM — Multi-module sync; call outcomes write back to Vtiger’s native Calls module (not just as notes).
  5. YetiForce CRM — Open-source, on-prem, GDPR-compliant by architecture. Right for EU teams with data residency requirements.

  13. Zendesk Sell — Activity writeback on Sell records; optional support-ticket creation on disposition keywords.
  14. Close (Close.com) — Smart-view-based contact filtering; activity writeback for teams that need predictive dialing beyond Close’s built-in one-at-a-time dialer.
  15. Streak CRM — Gmail-native pipeline boxes feed campaigns; call outcomes write back as Streak comments and stage updates.
  16. Capsule CRM — Party-type import (people / organisations), history-entry writeback. Simple setup for small teams.
  17. Copper CRM — Google Workspace-native; pipeline-stage import, activity writeback to opportunity records.
  18. Apptivo — Multi-app object import (customers, leads, opportunities), call activity writeback across modules.
  19. Less Annoying CRM — Category-filtered import, note writeback. The fastest setup on this list.
  20. Creatio — OData sync, multi-section import; dispositions trigger Creatio business processes directly.
  21. Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) — Tag-filter import; disposition applies Keap tags that fire existing automations.
  22. Microsoft Dynamics 365 — Azure AD OAuth, OData filtering, phone-call activity writeback, Power Automate-compatible.
  23. Bitrix24 — Webhook auth, multi-entity sync (contacts, companies, deals, leads), activity writeback. Cloud and on-prem variants both work.
