ICTContact supports contacts/lead management. The user can
- View Contacts / Leads
Through ICTContact user can view the contacts / leads. You can also filter the desired records and can view the contact / lead of your choice.

Create Contacts / Leads
Through ICTContact user can create new contacts and leads. For this Enter the required fields and than press
the Save button and your contact will be added successfully.

Edit existing contacts / leads
Through ICTContact user can also edit the existing contacts and leads. For this click against the edit button in the contact list and it will open the Edit contact button like this. Update the required fields and press the Save button and your contact will be added successfully.

Delete contacts / leads
Through ICTContact User can also delete the contacts / leads. For this select the contacts / leads in the contact
list and than press the Delete Selected button and your selected contacts will be deleted from the contact list.

Create contacts / leads groups
Through ICTContact user can also create the contacts / leads group and can add the user to the group. For example if you want to broadcast a message to the targeted group. For this you will create a contact group and will add the particular contacts whom you want to broadcast the message and than run the campaign targeting those specific contact group.

Assign contacts / leads to the specific group
Through ICTContact user can also assign the contacts / leads to the specific group while adding new contact.

Removes the duplicates leads / contacts
ICTContact removes the duplicates leads / contacts from the system thus maintaing the redundancy of the system.

Import and Export contacts
Through ICTContact user can import and export leads / contacts using CSV file thereby saving the time of user in case if they want the record in a single file
